Same day dispatch, backorders, forward orders, freight and order consolidation.

Same Day Dispatch

All orders must be placed before 12pm AEST for same day dispatch. Please note that same day dispatch is only available on available stock.

Backorders

It is your choice, if you wish to accept backorders. Please reply in writing by email or fax if you do not wish us to hold backorders for you. If you no longer require a backorder, you will be required to phone / fax or email us to cancel it prior to dispatch.

Forward Orders

If you require a large quantity of a particular item, or require us to source a non-stock item, a firm, fixed forward order should be placed to avoid disappointment. Some product lead times can be as long as 16 weeks. Once we have ordered the product it can no longer be cancelled. Forward order under $300 are also subject to a $15 freight and handling fee.

Freight

All orders over $300 in value are free into store by our courier. Orders under $300 are subject to freight and handling fee of $15

Order Consolidation

Multiple orders will be sent separately unless consolidated is specifically requested
